Bought a 2000 Ford Excursion from them on 10/16/15, after telling them that we could not afford a vehicle that would need repairs due to our baby being born with medical issues, and me having to quit my job and my husband being the sole provider of a family of 6. They swore to me that this vehicle was in fantastic shape and they would never sell something they wouldn't drive themselves. That he was a mechanic for Ford for 20 years, before opening his own shop. To date, I've put 48 quarts of oil, replaced the front wheel hub assembly, and was told by my mechanic that he was surprised I was able to drive the 3 weeks I did on it and there was NO way they didn't know about it, and getting ready to pull and probably replace the motor. While I know that some things are just wear and tear, and can possibly be missed sometimes, I find it very hard to believe that they were unaware of any of these problems, with them starting as we were driving home. I bought this truck in good faith, on their word that they were honest people. If this vehicle is any indication of the kind of mechanic he is, please beware.
